This workshop will give you a brief introduction into the world of general semantics, a discipline that trains the consciousness and cultivates a greater degree of choice, such as how to respond to symbols, sensations, emotions, etc. In other words, learn about how General Semantics can increase your resilience through neuro-linguistic training. Improve your life by learning to evaluate your own choices and those of others. Sharpen your problem solving and communication skills. Pursue self-development through the cultivation of self-awareness. Learn to take care of your nervous system by understanding its functions and how it works.  Understand how to counteract neurological decay and better adjust to the conditions of modern life with a minimal amount of suffering.
