How a cooperative can help the hemp & medicinal cannabis industry

This workshop will look at the proper uses of and potential pitfalls of cannabis before changing gears to look at the production side of things. Chris Boudreault from Solartrees Farms and guests will speak from experience about the unique history and future potential of cannabis and hemp growing in Canada with particular focus on the role cooperatives in this budding industry.They will discuss benefit of low cost industrial application of current biproduct and how to value add waste streams for farmgate profit.
