This workshop will explore 5 ways to improve your reflexes so you can learn to fall lightly. When we fall we often tend to brace against the fall. When we fall, there is no time to make a plan. Learn how to work with gravity to reduce your impact so you can recover well from a fall.
Cheryl is an authorized Feldenkrais Awareness through Movement practitioner and a devoted aikido student who falls for fun. This is learning to improve your brain and nervous system so you can fall well and minimize harm from falls.
