Welcome to your basics class!  Jaide Izon is a certified meditation teacher with vast experience not only in meditation but as well with working with trauma survivors and delivering speeches for healing trauma and resiliency in adversity. Jaide has taken courses for fostering resiliency in children through understanding brain development and also the effects of breath and meditation for building resilience in both children and adults.

Jaide will lead you through the basics of the neuroscience behind the breath, meditation and mindfulness. Empowering you with tools and techniques to help in the height of stress so you can better support yourself and others in your care.
