Welcome to your basics class! 

 

Jaide is a certified meditation teacher with vast experience not only in meditation but in working with trauma survivors and delivering speeches for healing trauma and resiliency in adversity. She has trained in fostering resiliency in children through understanding brain development and also the effects of breath and meditation for building resilience in both children and adults.

 

She'll explain the basics in the neuroscience behind breath, meditation and mindfulness while assisting you with tools and techniques through their use to help in the height of stress so you can better empower and support yourself and others in your care.
