This workshop combines a self-awareness technique called NVC with the healing of releasing properties of words and pictures found online or created with materials you already have.
*Use Marshall Rosenburg's NVC tool and art (that anyone can do) to process our emotions.
*Identify which style of working through feeling is your preferred style.
*Explore the deeper need under our conflicts or emotions to answer the question, "why do am I feeling this way?"
*Choose an Internet-based art activity that suits your own unique style and complete that activity.
*Connect with the community and share your experience with the group.
Activities can be done both independently and collectively, so this workshop is introvert and extrovert friendly.
